By downloading, installing, or using the YouMuse Chrome Extension or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
YouMuse is a player interface and command companion designed to control the user's existing logged-in YouTube Music web page tab. YouMuse does not download, scrape, stream, re-host, or distribute any copyrighted music video or audio files. You must use the extension in compliance with YouTube’s respective web player conditions.
YouMuse grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software. If you purchase YouMuse Pro, your license is restricted to **one active device** at any single time. Our servers enforce this automatically. You can transfer your active device lock at any time through the Settings interface.
YouMuse Pro is sold as an annual pay-what-you-want subscription (typically $9–$49/year). Payment processing, subscription management, and license key delivery are handled securely via Polar.sh. Each license is limited to one active device at a time; you may transfer activation from Settings. In case of license issues or payment disputes, contact support directly.
YouMuse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Since YouTube Music is a third-party service owned by Google LLC, its underlying structure and HTML markup can change. While YouMuse is engineered to be extremely resilient, we are not liable for any temporary player disconnection or breakdown caused by Google's backend updates.
We reserve the right to modify, patch, update, or temporarily suspend features inside YouMuse to support latest Chrome Extension Manifest, security standards, and media features.
